What items do you remove?

Pretty much anything in a garage — old furniture, appliances, tools, equipment, boxes, and general clutter. If you're not sure whether we'll take something, just text us a photo and we'll let you know same day. The only things we can't haul are hazardous materials like paint, oils, and chemicals.

Yes — and they're always free with no obligation. Here's how it works: text a photo of your garage or junk to (720) 909-8692 and I'll get back to you same day with a rough estimate. From there, I'll schedule a quick in-person visit to take a proper look and give you a firm quote before any work begins. You're never committed until you decide to move forward — no pressure, no surprises.

Can you buy unwanted items?

Accepted Answer

Yes — but this is available exclusively for customers booking our Garage Cleanout / Garage Reset service. It doesn't apply to junk removal, curbside pickups, or other services.

Here's how it works: during your cleanout, I'll assess any items worth purchasing and give you a buyback offer. That amount is then applied as a credit directly toward your invoice — so the more valuable items you have, the less your cleanout costs. It's one of the best ways to get the most value out of a full garage reset.

If you're interested in this option, just mention it when you reach out and we'll factor it into your in-person quote.

What happens to the items you donate?

Anything in good condition that we don't purchase gets donated to local Denver organizations rather than sent straight to landfill. We handle the drop-off so you don't have to make a second trip. If donating to a specific charity matters to you, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate that.

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

Payment is due once the job is complete and you're happy with the work. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can pay online through a secure invoice link we send you, or we can take payment on the spot when the job is done — whichever is easier for you. You'll always know the full price before we start, so there are no surprises at the end.
